In California, It is NOT against the law to withhold love and affection from a child you foster. I would assume this goes for power of attorney or guardianship when regarding an “adult dependent”. Unless of course the entire POA or guardianship is fraud to begin with. It is however against the law to stalk, torture, invade on the privacy of etc.
They are each issued a “chosen”. Like the buildings in Chicago. Research the Chicago buildings and the entertainment industry.
