When your in the county jail, or federal prison, and you go court, no one gets left behind. If your court appearance is at 9am, and someone from the same facility has court at 3pm., your in a cell waiting for everyone else to finish before you can go back. It’s irritating and annoying but it isn’t their fault that you have to wait. Being upset at them is a waste of time and energy.
I read a book while incarcerated by that self help guy from India. I can’t remember his name or the name of the book but it said, “If your in solitary confinement for something you didn’t do and they won’t let you out, be happy”.
It was the funniest thing to read given the circumstances at the time. I got up from my bunk and actually left my cell for the first time to share the information and how it delighted me to read it.
I was happy!
