What makes a good neighbor?
I am a good neighbor. I don’t know of any other than myself. Except Carlos because he’s awesome and will help me with anything. Including helping set me up. I don’t think he knows any better. Teresa if you call me I will tell you the proper steps to take to ensure your dads will is done correctly. I tried to tell you when you were on the phone with my roommate but he would rather hang up on you than give you the proper information. Anyone who will withhold information from you desires to be your master.
If you are my neighbor you can call me anytime for anything. I will even bring you half of my cake because I can’t eat it all myself. That’s not good for Carlos because he can’t eat cake.
