I fill up a small spray bottle with it and spray 5 pumps in my mouth 5 x a day. It makes you feel flu like symptoms or acne or something the first few days because everything it kills has to escape the body (illness) somehow. Do not use if you have artificial organs or anything foreign in your body as it will be pushed out. I stay healthy this way.
