You guys if your mini split is leaking water turn the unit off! Then get a scrub brush and some soapy dish water go outside to the big unit and clean the little slats where the water escapes. Clean them every 3 months! Don’t forget to turn the unit off first! You could electrocute yourself if it’s not powered off first. Tenants should not have to worry about it.

How do you expect people to be happy when you let money trickle down instead of up? Making one percent of people happy doesn’t make a happy society. Unhappy people do more drugs and commit more crimes. Unhappy people don’t care about your property or your rules. Unhappy people don’t care if others are unhappy.
