Going to bed at 8pm on Friday night but it’s okay because my meatloaf game is on point okay?
1lb ground beef
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 sleeve of ritz crackers
1/2 onion sautéed
Season to taste
Mix it all up and put it in a meatloaf pan with holes on the bottom and on top of another pan to catch grease.
Topping
Some brown sugar ketchup and mustard I also put bbq sauce mix it up put on top bake at 400 degrees for 45 to an hour.
