I’m about to make a cherry pie from scratch well the crust the inside is comstock. I will put the directions and a pic when I’m done.

Oh and don’t make deals with technology you guys. If the contract isn’t signed in person it’s not signed frfr. If your across the world and want me to do anything for you, you better hop on a plane okay? I’m 20 minutes from Ontario international in Ontario Ca. 🇺🇸. Can’t miss it.

Cherry Pie Crust

2 cups flour

1/4 tsp. Salt

3/4 cup crisco chilled

You guys the secret to good pie crust is to not roll it out. Cut the crisco into the flour with a fork until it’s like a bunch of little balls then add 3 tbls cold water at a time until it all starts to stick together. You don’t want it to wet ok? Take your dough and press it into your pie plate. All the extra form into a ball and press it out for your top crust. Set top crust aside. I like to put sugar on my bottom crust then bake it at 350 degrees for about ten minutes. Remove from oven.

Cherry Pie Filling

I used canned cherry pie filling from dollar tree like this:

Put 2 cans of cherry pie filling in a bowl and add about 1/4 cup brown sugar and a little lemon or lime juice. Mix it up and add it to your pie plate. Place top crust over fruit and place pie on a baking sheet. Put in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes.

I put strudel on every single pie I make regardless so about a cup of flour half cup of brown sugar quarter cup of regular sugar and lots of cinnamon. Mix together then cut butter into it exactly how you cut the crisco above. Place mixture on pie after the 30 minutes is up and put back in oven for ten or so minutes.
