My Case

It’s not what you know it’s what you can prove. A person’s memory fades and I am horrible with dates. That’s why we document things around here. Should a circumstance arise that proof is needed and I can’t physically provide it, it would be nice to know I was prepared for that.

In 2016 I was driving for Lyft Inc. I got an email from them asking for ways I thought we could improve the company. At the time, the big Lyft marketing tool was this:

I responded to that email with a well thought out plan for what is now Lyft Inc. free medical ride program. 13 days later I got a mailer demon from Lyft Inc. saying they never got my email. I forgot about it then this happened:

What the transcript doesn’t tell you is that the vehicle I was driving wasn’t in my name and had been flagged before I ever got to the border. I didn’t have ANY CHARGES until the day I was sentenced. The felony they used against me didn’t exist and I told my attorney over and over that I had no idea what was going on. I was basically forced to plea to a felony to get out of custody. While I was dealing with that, Lyft was doing this:

My USPO had me continue to drive for Lyft when I came home even though I told her it was against tos for me to drive for them with a felony. I called Lyft and had myself removed from the app.:

I was experiencing extreme depression at this point and feeling rather hopeless about my life. I asked my USPO for mental health help:

She never addressed it again and I ended up on suicide watch at the hospital:

When I got out of the hospital I went to a walk in mental health clinic where they refused me medication:

I asked my USPO to put me in a drug program because I knew my mental health would be addressed there:

She never addressed it again.

Before getting off my supervision she called and said I had to pay my fines. She told me to buy a money order and send her a pic as proof. She also told me how to make it out. I did everything she said and found out before I sent it that the court didn’t accept the type of money order I had purchased and it was made out wrong. She knew that and told me to send it anyway. My fines wouldn’t have been paid leaving my case open and any crimes committed by myself in the future would be subject to federal prosecution.:

I bought a new money order that would be acceptable by the court, made it out correctly and sent it in to make sure my fines were paid.

By this time Lyft Inc. was grossing this:

So I finally make it off my supervision and am looking forward to having my normal life back. No such luck. Weird things happening at my job, my office, in traffic. My Amazon seller account is hacked, I get locked out. My crypto wallets locked, my entire life is upside down.

I find out in 2020 that my mom had been lying about who my father was for 44 years. Shortly after that my mom, sister, son and brother in law all move back to California from Washington. I was happy.

In or about February 2021, I was having problems where I was living not wanting to leave my dog alone. My sister calls and tells me to not worry about anything that she is buying another house and wants me to live in it. She says to bring all my important items and my dog to her house for safe keeping until she can make the purchase. We even went to look at a property together. After they had all my belongings and my dog she stops talking about the house all together. They left me for dead.

Then the harassment began starting on Reddit:

It wasn’t until now that I realized what was going on. I never put the two together. I still low key thought and hoped I was crazy and just knew when Mr. Musk took over twitter everything would be normal again. Nope. We start with the whole Eliza Blue/Brittany Venti saga all to trigger me about not being able to get any help with my case and my childhood sexual abuse at the same time:

At this point I was so frustrated that I reached out to the devs at open ai. It took less than 24 hours for that information to get back to Mr. Musk and for him to torment me about it on Twitter:

This lead me to do a search on the board of directors for Lyft Inc in 2016 when my trade secret was stolen:

What in the real f is going on here? Is what I thought to myself. Then the next day I turned my thought to a tweet:

At the same time all this was going on I had filed a case myself against Lyft Inc. this information was new so I included it. My twitter account was suspended after this as well as my truth social account:

I wasn’t getting any help from the courts or government officials who I reached out to that didn’t have time to ever answer me, but could tweet Mr. Musk to torment me:

I included these in my case file as well.

On top of all of this, my family stops speaking to me, and I start getting catfished all day everyday by guess who?

So in June 2023 after my federal case against Lyft Inc. had been denied by the first court stating that the statute of limitations had passed. He totally overlooked the fact that Lyft Inc. had sent a mailer demon to me 13 days after I emailed them with my trade secret. I had no reason to believe they had done anything wrong until the Twitter takeover:

The appeals court totally overlooked it as well calling my case frivolous. As I was preparing to appeal to the higher court, my sister and her husband show up to my house with the police to serve me with a restraining order. Apparently the claim for a trust I found in my name was troublesome for her because she stole it and didn’t want to pay it back. When my entire family trashed me in court for no reason . Before this court appearance I remembered a box of jewelry my mom sent me in 2020 containing an eastern Star pin and an x bracelet. Now it’s f’ing weird: Jewelry Post here.

So back to me finding out that I had been lied to about who my father was for 44 years because it’s all connected. My mom admitted she lied about all kinds of things. She had a dna test sent to me from ancestry and gave me the name of a man. My dna results seemed to match up to him but he had died in 2012. Shortly after my family stopped speaking to me I dreamt about a party where snoop dog was a jester. I woke up and immediately did a search for events where snoop dog played a jester and found this:

I then focused my attention on the fact that this man who seemed to be everywhere I was also founded the dna site Geni. He also threw this weird party the same year my supposed father died. I had a missing trust in my name and know Mr. Sacks had or has access to heir information. I included all of this in the response to my sister’s fake restraining order to have it once again documented in court files. Post to commissioner after court.

I knew this thing was way bigger than I thought when I started recalling things from my childhood that were disturbing like this:

Nice Linda but do you fight bulls there at X or what?

You can say, “don’t go on there or delete your account”. He won’t delete my account. I shouldn’t have to see this shit okay?

One more thing. This is personal but relevant. About two years ago at age 46 my period literally just stopped. I realized after my awakening that black magic was done to stop me from being able to have any more children. I believe that’s why he’s always showing me him and his kids or talking about having kids. It doesn’t bother me though because it was the best thing that happened to me in awhile. I had terrible cramps every month & was happy to be rid of them. The people in power aren’t good people you guys. Protect your energy.
